    Unfortunately, this historic home is in an awful state of disrepair.
    Built in 1815, This home has mostly stood the test of time until the last few years.
    The person who lives there has become a terrible hoarder. The grounds surrounding the home are inundated with piles of STUFF. I shudder to think what it looks like inside. The side porch has collapsed and the roof is in need of repair.
    25 years ago the roof was replaced and sadly, the "widows lookout" removed.
    City codes have been
    notified on several occasions. I truly fear for the survival of this historic property
